Blake Nicole Gray was born in Arlington, Texas, in 1986, and at the age of four, a family move to Fort Mill, South Carolina, introduced Blake to her new hometown. Just a bit south of Charlotte, North Carolina, the Tega Cay area of Fort Mill offered a quiet, scenic, lakeside home for Blake, her older brother Chase, parents Philip and Krystal, and an abundant array of pets. While the setting was in some ways idyllic, the relationship between her parents would become strained, and the family tension that preceded their divorce was an early catalyst for Blake to begin expressing herself through songwriting.

It's been a crazy few weeks!! I just wrapped up a photo shoot with Michael Jenkins, which turned out fantastic. I've even been contacted by a few modeling agencies since the shoot, which is crazy!! I'm trying to decide if I have time to fit that into my schedule. I've also been writing a lot, some with others, and some by myself. I feel that it's important to take time to write by myself to see how much I've grown!
